Meet Dr. Julia Bunker, DDS
Born in Russia, Dr. Julia Bunker has been practicing dentistry in the U.S. since 2003. She is dedicated to excellence in comprehensive dental care. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Bunker earned a Medical Degree in Stomatology from the State University of Bashkiria. This means that Dr. Bunker is an expert in the branch of medicine that is concerned with the study of the mouth and its diseases. Dr. Bunker earned her DDS from the New York University College of Dentistry where she graduated with honors and became a member of the National Honor Dental Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
After close to two decades as a dentist, Dr. Bunker’s enthusiasm for her profession continues to grow. In recent years, she has traveled internationally to study dental implantology. In 2011, she was awarded a fellowship in implantology from the International Congress of Oral Implantology. She is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. Each year, Dr. Bunker takes hundreds of hours of continuing education in order to keep up with the latest state of the art techniques and to provide her patients with the highest level of dental care possible.
